What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at GMR Marketing?
The primary duty of the Brand Ambassador (BA) is to work with program management to execute scheduled program activities. While on-site during an activation, the BA will be building brand and company awareness and gain exposure and trial at promotional program activities. The position also requires the BA to regularly attend program training to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position. The position may involve occasional travel on a local level. The BA will also complete all other duties as assigned by program management and/or GMR Corporate Staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Professionally represent GMR Marketing at all times
Adhere to and understand all rules, regulations, and procedures.
Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth
Meet or exceed the expectations and objectives of the program
Interact with consumers throughout the footprint
Communicate key speaking points throughout the activation
Encourage participation in on-site activities at the footprint
Promote activation on or off-site as needed
Hand out promotional items
Attract consumers to the footprint
Utilize technology onsite (tablets, smartphones, TVs, etc.) as needed
Disclaimer: The employee is frequently required to move within the space, reach high and low, and transport items, (this may include standing or walking for extended periods, kneeling, stooping or crouching). Tasks may also require close vision and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- LBAs/BAs need to operate and handle assets safely, including wearing billboards and riding scooters.
