Minimum Requirements:
- Seeking dependable individuals to work full-time.
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- Minimum 2 year's driving history, and a current Nevada State driver’s license.
- Ability to drive large vans over an 8-hour plus shift in a safe and professional manner.
- Must be comfortable working with patients of all ages.
- Must have good customer service skills and the ability to interact with patients, facility staff and other employees.
- Ability to work varied days and shifts, including day, swing, and graveyard. Our company is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Must have CPR certification or be able to obtain within 30 days.
- Must pass DOT drug, DOT Physical & background checks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be capable of lifting minimum of 75 pounds.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Assist with transferring patients from home to facility, facility to facility, or facility to home.
- Follow directions and the ability to read and use map software accurately.
- Perform all related duties as assigned, including transporting patients in a safe and professional manner.
- Communicates with dispatch to receive relevant data and instructions.
- Professional behavior and attitude towards customers, visitors, and coworkers.
- Completion of vehicle maintenance inspection prior to daily vehicle usage for safe and comfortable patient transport.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to always follow safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
*1 year experience in non-emergency transport
*2 year customer service experience
*Bilingual is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
