JOB TITLE: Field Marketing Coordinator
General Summary of Duties: The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team and carrying out marketing campaigns.
Reports To: Marketing Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for long periods of time and be able to perform repeating motions that may include the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. The employee must be able to adjust or move objects up to 40 pounds in all directions. Employee will work outside in the heat and cold.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives throughout each calendar year
- Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior
- Create and maintain marketing budgets
- Lead conversations with local companies and provide insight to Leadership Team
- Develop strategies to market all locations through online and onsite events
- Lead and attend all local market Grand Openings
- Attend marketing and charity events as a representative of GO Car Wash to further deepen and develop our connection to the community
- Own paid social campaigns and track them from start to finish
- Start, track, and report on all campaigns
- Photograph and video locations for content and operations use
- Continuously evaluate new social channels and identify opportunities for channel expansion
- Produce fun and engaging social media content to increase brand awareness
- Administer SEO, SEM, and generation of inbound traffic
- Install signage at locations to keep the sites feeling new
- Analyze customers’ feedback and develop process techniques to ensure customer retention
- Work with customers over the phone in an office environment
- Implement corrective actions based on customers’ feedback
- Build positive working relationships with each GO location for consistent and timely feedback
- Explain new products and services that benefit customers
- Work cross-functionally across Marketing, HR and Operations teams to execute campaigns and programs
- Support and guide outside agencies that are responsible for aspects of marketing
Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience managing social media and marketing activities Minimum of 1 year in Car Wash Point of Sale Systems (DRB, ICS, Micrologic, Sonny’s)

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
