YOUR LIFE AS A CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST
As a Home Services Client Care Specialist, you are the "go-to" person at our company. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You will spend much of your time answering phones, working with dispatch as needed, keeping clients informed, scheduling timely services through outbound calls, maintaining customer files, and completing other office duties as assigned. We will need you to provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients in-person, by chat, phone, or email that may include billing inquires, technician ETA, scheduling issues, and general company product and service questions.
In addition to assisting our customers, you will keep open lines of communication with dispatch and the General Manager to maximize scheduling to ensure that capacity demands are being met. You always look for ways to improve your knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
