Inspector simulation

Job Description-

Position Summary :

Milacron is looking for a 1st shift Inspector to join our team in McPherson, KS . As an Inspector you will be responsible for inspecting new and used screw and barrels for compliance to Milacron customers.

Team :

3 groups within inspection (simulation, digital and finish) with a team of 10 associates on different shifts.

• Create check-in card to use with job traveler
• Set-up and operate gaps between screws (CNC, Threadmill, Finish Inspect, Pre-Inspect) verifying screw to blueprint specifications.
• Must use precision measuring tools specific to job.
• Lift, position, and transport work piece with a hoist.
• Must use job specific hand tools.

Basic Qualifications :

• 1 years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Blueprint reading
• Precision measuring tools

Preferred Qualifications :

• Technical School Certificate
• High School Diploma or equivalent
