Overview
DESCRIPTION: General Maintenance throughout the day to a building
SHIFT TIME: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (40 hrs/week)
DAYS: Monday - Friday (5 days/week)
PAY: $28.00/hr
REQUIREMENTS
- Maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Cleaning experience (optional)
- Legal status in the Country
- Must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
- Must have your own RELIABLE VEHICLE.
- Must have a CLEAR BACKGROUND.
JOB DUTIES
- Acknollowment to replace all light ffixturesin the building
- Replace all light bolds
- Replace baballasteplace/fix sinks
- Replace/fix toilet
- Replace/fix heating radiators
- Replace/fix air conditionate
- Replace/fix water boilers
- Replace/fix water pipes
- Replace/fix walls
- Painting ackollowment
- Other related tasks as also be assigned.
