What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at GoCardless?
The Role
You’ll be working closely with the EA team to support two key stakeholders; our Chief Product and Chief Growth Officer and our Chief Technology Officer. You will support them daily in a wide variety of tasks, including the following;
Diary Management:
- Arranging internal and external meetings, including travel and accommodation, room bookings/VC.
- Working with multiple time zones.
Event planning:
- Ownership of organisation for internal and external events including monthly and quarterly reviews, product and marketing meetings, business updates and team events.
- Ability to work within a set budget.
General support:
- Support the management team with all aspects of life at GC including expenses, correspondence, note taking/agendas and preparation of presentations/documents.
Desired skills
You will have proven EA experience at an executive level for several stakeholders (Preferably in Product and/or Marketing).

This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a fast-paced tech environment. However our team comes from a variety of backgrounds.
