Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Producer, you will be a crucial part of our insurance family. Your main goal will be to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance inquiries, providing policy information, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who embody our company values and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in insurance customer service or related fields (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help and support others.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
