We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainees or Management Associates, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive comprehensive training in all aspects of our business operations.

Schedule: First Shift M-F 5am-approximately 3:30pm with mandatory Saturdays as needed. Second Shift M-F 3pm-aproximately 1am with mandatory Saturdays as needed. Shift preference can be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply best practices in team management.
• Assist managers with day-to-day tasks and projects to gain practical experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and initiative in driving results and improving processes.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• 3-5 years of related experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Leadership qualities with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
