The Human Resources Generalist will provide support in all areas of the HR department, including HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance.
Create an excellent employee experience by answering questions and providing useful and timely human resources information.
Provide support with new employee on-boarding and orientation.
Maintain HR Communication tools.
Assist with benefits questions, administration and open enrollment .
Provide support and backup for payroll administration.
Assist with recruiting processes, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
Participate in employee Well-Being initiatives.
Coordinate activities for our DEI committee.
Respond to miscellaneous HR requests, such as Employment Verifications, Unemployment, and Worker's Compensation.
General support with other HR and Company projects.
Requirements
BS/BA in Business, Human Resources or related degree
2-3?years of experience in a generalist position
Ability to audit, reconcile, and balance a variety of HR data and perform analytics to present business data for decision making
Experience with Human Resources applications, Paylocity experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to maintain confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team; establish positive working relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication
