We are seeking a Project Manager who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing a diverse client portfolio and serving as key point of contact for clients. Primary responsibilities include strategic mapping of program structure and componentry to support client needs and meet their measurement objectives, managing program implementation from onset through to end measurement of large projects, supported by/in partnership with hospitals, health systems and health plans. The Project Manager will manage the client services team for these projects, including strategy, creative design, content development, marketing, technical development, and quality assurance needs as appropriate for each project.
Job description:
- Day-to-day management of client relations and project details.
- Total quality management of day-to-day project and client relations. Responsible for development of creative briefs and strategic recommendations,
- Managing client expectations and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
- Provide leadership with clients, agency partners, vendors and within the company.
- Own client business with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Identify opportunities for (organic) growth of existing accounts and work with the business development team on proposals, RFP responses and SOWs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in healthcare project management, specifically with pharmaceutical, health plan, hospital, and health system partners, managing integrated projects that include modern and traditional engagement components.
- 3-5 years experience in leading a project team(s) – overseeing staff, priorities, workload, budgeting, and goal-oriented opportunity seeking/account growth.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred). May be optional if work experience reflects skills needed to succeed in this role.
Qualifications:
- Must understand digital communications and marketing processes, including strategy, creative approach, interactive and graphic design, and technical considerations.
- Be a strong team player, yet able to operate independently and effectively in response to real-time adjustments to client direction, goals, and deadlines.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with varying internal and external deadlines following processes and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
- Confidence in meeting with, leading and presenting to clients, especially in a group setting.
- Possess excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate follow through, strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for, understanding of, and active participant within the medium of social media, mobile marketing, and latest web technologies to apply these experiences to program promotion.
- Possess superior Microsoft Office capabilities, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Our company is headquartered out of Asbury Park, New Jersey. Our preference is for a locally based project manager to work out of our headquarters, however a remote-based employee willing to visit the NJ location/clients for project and corporate meetings as appropriate and requested would be considered.
