What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Gold Leaf Behavioral Services?
Gold Leaf Behavioral Services offers evidence-based behavioral services to children with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities using a client-centered approach to maximize the potential of the individuals and families we serve.
We are looking to hire behavior technicians to work 1:1 with clients in a center based setting in the Lima area.
Candidates will help clients learn behavior management strategies, gain skills in all areas, collect performance data, and communicate with supervisors regularly.
Candidate with experience working with individuals with specials needs or with teaching experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
