The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring all operations of Casino, Restaurant, RV Resort, Lottery, and Convenience Store are performed to highest expectations resulting in maximum profit, guest and employee satisfaction and loyalty.
The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of over 80 employees that oversees:
- A slot floor with 200 of the newest and most popular machines
- A high-volume convenience store and top performing Sinclair fuel station on the Nevada and California border
- A restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- A coffee bar and a full service bar
- One of the busiest lottery locations in California
- Reno’s finest RV Resort with over 100 fully paved sites with 68 wide pull-throughs
- Financials and budgeting to support short and long-term goals of the property
- Creation of management goals and objectives to continually improve processes, enhance and improve employee engagement, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Performance of other duties as needed and assigned
