Compensation: $16.28 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Lead fun and engaging swim lessons for all skill levels and age groups.
- Help assess swimmers' abilities and provide friendly advice for improvement.
- Create exciting lesson plans that make learning to swim a breeze.
- Keep everyone safe by following lifeguard and safety guidelines.
- Keep the pool area spick and span.
- Chat with parents and guardians about their swimmer's progress.
- Be part of exciting swim events and competitions.
- No previous experience necessary – we'll teach you everything!
- We'd love it if you got a lifeguard certification (or are willing to get one).
- Show off your communication skills and make friends easily.
- Love swimming and sharing the joy with others.
- Extra points for CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must be dependable and on time.
