Job Posting for Painter at Gold Wynn Management LLC
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Painter will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance inside and outside the properties located throughout the Buffalo Metropolitan Area.
Painter Duties Include:
Responsible for painting interiors and exteriors of residential properties
Communicating with Facilities Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to determine their painting requirements and assisting them in project resolution
Covering floors, furniture, trim, and any other surfaces with masking tape to avoid damage as well as utilizing drop cloths, floor runners, and other protective covers.
Applying primer and other sealers, as well as ensuring it will properly adhere to the painted surfaces.
Mix and match paint, as well as stain, and other finishes to the specified job condition, then apply those finishes to surfaces using tools (paintbrushes, sprayer, roller, etc.) to complete.
Painter Qualifications:
Good color vision and aesthetic instincts with an attention to detail
Ability to lift over 50 lbs. as well as climb multiple flights of stairs at a time
Familiarity with painting tools, materials, and application
Good time management skills, tasks are completed on schedule
Great customer service skills, able to explain procedures to tenants and clients
