Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides general office support to Government staff as needed (proofing, editing, copies, drafting, etc).
- Maintains all files in an organized fashion.
- Processes Visitors into and out of the site.
- Takes meeting minutes and prepares memos upon request.
- Organizes and prepares/coordinates military protocols for General Officer and VIP visits.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with fundamentals of military writing.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Proven experience collaborating with a team
- Masterly level proficiency in MS Office Products
- Excellent customer services skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- One or more years of education or experience serving as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or military Administrative Support Technician (Army 42A or sister service equivalent).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to meet installation requirements to function as mail handler, per AR 25-51, DA Pam 25-2, FMP 25-P.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
