Summary:
Nisga’a TEK, LLC is looking for Automated Logistical Specialist. The Specialist will perform maintenance management and warehouse functions in order to maintain equipment records. This person will also oversee incoming supplies and equipment, simplify, and standardize maintenance data.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform maintenance modification, destruction and demilitarization on ammunition and explosive components
- Operate computer hardware and software/utilities manual records in order to perform stock control and accounting procedures
- Perform ammunition supply stock control and accounting duties using both automated and manual procedures
- Inspect weapon systems to determine need for repair or destruction
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient user of Microsoft’s Office 365 suite of software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft’s SharePoint
- Demonstrated leadership and organization skills
- Function independently with minimal direct supervision and be detail oriented
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum four (4) years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
