Goldberg, Miller & Rubin is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our growing team in our New York office.

Goldberg, Miller & Rubin is a regional law firm with offices in Philadelphia, Manhattan, and North Jersey that has been successfully litigating cases for its clients for close to four decades. Responsibilities


The Operation Assistant will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.


  • Processing and distributing of mail and other communications in a timely manner.
  • Creation and updating of records while ensuring accuracy of information
  • Daily support tasks to assist lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants, financial team members, and administration
  • Various legal admin projects
  • Reception duties
Requirements:

  • Experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
