Searching for a multisite Property Manager to oversee 200 units in the Bayonne, NJ area!
FUNCTION: Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities.
REPORTS TO: Regional Property Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: (included but not limited to)
Marketing/Sales/Leasing/Customer Service
- Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation with a focus on converting leads into sales.
- Conduct marketing surveys and weekly traffic reports. Make recommendations based on analysis of reports.
- Handle marketing outreach to include interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations.
- Greet prospective residents and show apartments.
- Assist in preparation of newsletters, market surveys and resident activities. Attend all assigned resident activities.
Operational
- Oversee customer service and resident relations.
- Oversee maintenance department practices to include work orders, apartment move-ins, move-outs and turnovers.
- Oversee vendor/ contractor relations.
Administrative / Operations
- Process applications and lease renewals.
- Enter guest cards and traffic information.
- Assist new residents during the move-in process.
- Work with the maintenance department to handle apartment turnovers, move-ins and move-outs, and work order requests.
- Handle administrative functions to include clerical and reception responsibilities.
- Maintain effective internal controls over operational activities in compliance with best practice policies and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in leasing, sales and customer service.
- Ability to develop rapport.
- Ability to complete tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency with Yardi is a plus.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
