```Duties```
- Oversee and manage solar construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
- Provide guidance and direction to construction crews
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of solar construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in construction management software and tools
- Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
