Lead Maintenance Technician/Supervisor

Goldcrest Properties is a large management company seeking an employee responsible for maintaining and upkeeping a large apartment complex. This includes ensuring all units and common areas are in good repair and maintaining the grounds. The Building Superintendent will work closely with the property manager to identify and prioritize repairs and maintenance projects and will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing contractors and vendors as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Undertake routine property maintenance tasks to preserve the condition of our facilities and equipment. Additionally, leverage your HVAC knowledge to perform maintenance, diagnose HVAC issues, and contribute to a comfortable environment for occupants.

Additional HVAC Responsibilities:

Utilize your HVAC experience to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our properties. Maintain comprehensive records, strictly adhere to safety protocols, and play a crucial role in ensuring optimal living conditions.

Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in property maintenance. Minimum of 3 years HVAC maintenance experience. Preferred certifications: EPA 608, NATE. Solid technical skills, problem-solving ability, and physical dexterity for manual tasks. Effective communication and time management skills are essential.
