Golden Age Dental Care is currently interviewing Registered Dental Hygienist to care for our patient population of older adults and individuals with special needs.
Our company is unique in that we compassionately provide dental services for residents of skilled nursing facilities. Using state of the art technologies, processes, and systems we have been tirelessly innovating since 1988, we are able to provide examinations, cleanings, x-rays, restorations, extractions, denture work, and more, all at the patient’s bedside.

Compensation Package:
- Starting at $470 per day
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Benefits for Full Time employees
Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week. One of those has to be Monday, the other days are negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before and during their dental service
- Clean and help protect patients’ teeth by completing a variety of dental hygiene procedures (e.g. SRP, Prophy, or apply fluoride)
- Educate our patients or their caregivers on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques)
- Maintain documentation and charting on each patient
Ideal candidate shall have a minimum of:
- California RDH License
- Valid Drivers License with clean record
- Ability to lift mobile equipment, sometimes up to 35 lbs
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
- Outstanding communication skills
- A patient and friendly personality
- Attention to detail
- Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job
- Medi-Cal provider eligibility, multilingual, and experience in geriatrics are not required, but are a huge help.
