What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operational Technology specialist position at Golden Alliance?
OTP 1 (Starting at TBD) - The OTP 1 is the Communicator. They are not the experts, but are familiar with the equipment and know where to get help.
· They communicate and own technology related initiatives within their restaurant
· Communicate more effectively with the helpdesk – reducing duration of call.
OTP 2 (Starting at TBD) - The OTP 2 is the Troubleshooter. They can resolve issues quickly and have the restaurant operational in no time at all.
· Communicate and own technology related initiatives within the organization
· Perform basic troubleshooting and Preventative Maintenance within the restaurant
· Fewer calls to the helpdesk - allows the managers to spend more time on the floor managing the shift and less time on the phone with the helpdesk
· Coach and lead the OTP 1s in your organization
OTP 3 (Starting at TBD) - The OTP3 is the Onsite Support Advanced Troubleshooter. OTP3s are the Highest Level of Technology Advisors for your organization.
· Access to NewPOS software for re-imaging resulting in fewer support calls
· Perform installation of some hardware
· Shorten the down time of equipment due to the ability to reimage hardware and correct software issues
· Communicate and own technology related initiatives within your organization
· Coach and lead OTP 1s and OTP 2s in your organization
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
