About our company:
Golden Bear Home Inspections is a Top 50% Home Inspection company in the nation with a Home Services and Media Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with the top 5% of real estate agents in Southeastern Michigan.
- Interviews/meetings with potential features for the network.
- Be an advocate for Golden Bear Home Inspections.
- Build relationships with our current partners.
- Run and execute 5-6 smaller events throughout the year.
- Attend and assist with our larger events 2-3 a year.
- Attend other local real estate events in the area representing Golden Bear Home Inspections.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Customer service experience
- Proven track record of building relationships with people
- Previous event planning experience
- Negotiation skills
- Great phone/people skills
- Gmail, google drive experience
- Own phone, ideally iPhone for photos and sharing easier between staff members
- Own computer
- Active on social media- FB/IG and willing to connect with those in the real estate community and share info about Golden Bear on their pages. (Could also set up a new account for this position in your name.)
Schedule:
- Flexible, part-time to start, 10-20 hours a week
- W2
- Occasional travel for events
