Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, working independently to handle everything from electrical and plumbing work to carpentry and home repairs. We expect a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, along with proficiency in all-around home maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and general home maintenance and repair tasks
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and identify solutions to various home repair issues
• Plan and execute tasks with minimal supervision
• Provide high-quality workmanship to meet client expectations
• Maintain tools and workspaces in good condition
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:

• Experience: and repair, including electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
• Skills: Ability to work across a range of tasks, including complex repairs and troubleshooting
• Tools: Must have your own tools and transportation
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Licenses/Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members
