Social Media - Lead Sales Manager
Responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms
(such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok), in addition to consulting and selling retail & treatment plans to current and prospect patients.
Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
❖ Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media utilizing Canva.com
❖ Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
❖ Scheduling social media posts using the application later.com
❖ Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
❖ Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
❖ Collaborating with colleagues and patients to create content of treatments and before & after successes
❖ Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns to boost engagement and produce revenue for the Practice
❖ Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
❖ Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
❖ Set specific objectives and report on ROI
❖ Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
❖ Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
❖ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
❖ Collaborate with management on maintaining a cohesive brand and look across all platforms and website
❖ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
❖ Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
❖ Assist and report to senior management
❖ Aid with selling of products and services and assist to maximize sales
❖ Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
❖ Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork, and possibly tasking sales workers with the buying of more supplies
❖ Maintaining positive customer relations
Requirements and Skills
❖ Social media management experience
❖ Hands on experience in content management
❖ Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
❖ Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
❖ Knowledge of online marketing channels
❖ Familiarity with web design
❖ Excellent communication skills
❖ Analytical and multitasking skills
❖ A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous
❖ Experience in sales is necessary
❖ Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
❖ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
❖ Strong leadership abilities
❖ Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
