Description
We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Sheboygan community - Golden Harbor. The maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. The preventative and responsive maintenance duties ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position has on call requirements.
Requirements
To be considered:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver license and pass Motor Vehicle Report.
- Prior experience in a CBRF/RCAC environment preferred.
- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills.
