Job Summary:
The Scheduler is responsible to provide administration and scheduling leadership. This is a frontline leadership position that has a wide scope of duties focused on ensuring excellent quality of care while maintaining positive client relationships with the entire Golden Heart Team. 
Ensure that schedules are completed effectively and on time.
  • Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.
  • Interfaces with Clients and Caregiver staff and works to match clients with the ideal caregiver.
  • The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry.
  • Provides on-call support to fill emergency shifts and troubleshoot for client care issues, including attending a shift if necessary.
  • Assists with H.R. and Administration processes as assigned.
  • Lead by example through excellent work practices and observing all policies/regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a background screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Independent worker who demonstrates sound judgment 
  • Comfortable with technology including computer software, emails and texts
  • Customer service experience will be helpful in dealing with clients and caregivers
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work analytically in a stressful environment.
