Accountant

Golden Management Service Inc. a property management company is seeking an accountant to assist with all phases of the accounting cycle as it relates to the real estate industry.

We have been in Property Management service for over 40 years, and we welcome you to join our accounting team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute accounts payable & accounts receivable.
  • Resolve reconciliation discrepancies or out of balance conditions.
  • Support the accounting team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.*
  • Require proficiency with Excel.*
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.*
  • Prefer 1 or 2 Years Accounting working experience.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
