ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Assists with reviews all daily inventory control functions.
- Assists with reviews procedures for control of food and beverage inventories.
- Assists with reviews receipt of goods and documentation of issues.
- Assists in Reviews and processes food and beverage invoices for accuracy and propriety.
- Ensures compliance with Casino Control Act and applicable regulations.
- Assists in physical inventories.
- Performs any additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum one (1) year of computer experience (Microsoft Office). Good communication skills. Must possess valid credential or be eligible to obtain a Casino Employee Registration or credential from the NJDGE.
