What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Office Manager position at Golden Retrofit?

We Are Construction Company Specializing in foundation repair.

We are looking to hire an office manager to add to our team. Experience in Construction office management a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

- Answer Calls and schedule appointments.

- Maintain calendar of appointments

- Preparation of job folders.

- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service

Experience:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft outlook a plus
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and phone systems

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of our business. If you are a motivated individual with experience in office management, we would love to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
