WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Branch Managers oversee day-to-day branch operations and eagerly assist members and prospective members with consumer and mortgage lending as well as property and casualty insurance needs.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
• Murray, Utah
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed Base Wage Bonus Generous Commission Schedule Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Oversee branch personnel and operations but allow assistant managers to run day-to-day operations.
• Grow you branch through consumer and mortgage lending tools, and property and casualty insurance.
• Ensure members are promptly and professionally served.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 – 3 years of similar or related experience
• Retail management experience preferred
