WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Commercial Insurance Processors eagerly assist business members and prospective business members with commercial insurance product needs including, general liability, workers compensation, errors and omissions, property insurance, cyber liability and more!
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
• South Ogden, Utah
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed Base Wage Bonus Commission Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide proactive support to overall commercial book of business.
• Directly support agent/producer team.
• Responsible for renewal marketing and placement of commercial accounts.
• Work with members/clients on renewal expirations to avoid lapse in coverage.
• Work with management team to properly document and reflect policies and all communication.
• Process endorsements, renewals, new business, and audits as required.
• Provide consistent member follow-up including fielding questions, requests, and coverage analysis.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
• High school diploma required
• 1-2 years of insurance processing preferred
• Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred
