Accounts Receivable Clerk

Goldin is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing accounting team. This role will report directly to the Controller and be responsible for managing incoming payments and properly tracking them in our systems to maintain accurate records.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support AR Lead with all AR responsibilities
• Use bookkeeping database (Quickbooks), spreadsheets and in-house platform

• AR data entry
• Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records

• AR aging report audit
• AR audit/clean-up
• Posting payments and any financial transactions
• Resale Certificates
• Assist on AP side as needed
• Respond to AR emails
• Full time, 40 hours per week, onsite in Runnemede, NJ

About You

• At least 3-5 years of relevant payables, receivables, or accounting experience
• Must have QuickBooks experience (ideally Desktop version)
• Must be very strong with Excel
• Excellent communication and writing skills to respond to customer inquiries
• Works efficiently, always looking for ways to make process improvements
• Able to commute to our office in Runnemede, NJ
