Job Summary: We are looking for passionate Budtenders to join our growing GOLDLEAF team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service to our patients and guests, while maintaining the upmost professionalism.

The store is open 9am-9pm, 7 days per week.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dispensary experience, Maryland dispensaries preferred. If you do not have experience, please submit a cover letter with your application.
- Must be at least age 21.
- Must successfully pass criminal background check.
- One to two years demonstrated work experience in hospitality, customer service and/or sales, in a fast paced, demanding retail environment.
- Experience using point of sales system.
- Positive attitude in high volume sales settings.
- Success working closely with many different personality types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to speak and work proactively with customers and staff.
- Organized and flexible, with a team-player mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Background in hospitality/customer service
- Ability to cultivate long-term customer/guest relationships.
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Proven cash-handling skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm and love for cannabis and the cannabis industry.

Work Environment:
- Ability to stand and walk for at least eight (8) hours.
- Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, and crouch to access product as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist medical patients and recreational guests to ensure they receive the best treatment for their medical/recreational needs.
- Quickly and efficiently complete sales transactions while providing five-star customer service during every interaction.
- Maintain compliance during every transaction.
- Keep the dispensary tidy and well stocked during down time.
- Assist in Reception as needed. Ensure that you are staying educated and up to date about the most recent and current information, trends, laws, applications for medical and recreational cannabis.

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour - Opportunities for raises after the first year.
Training Pay: $18 per hour - Once training is complete, the pay rate will be $22/hr
