Summary:
Goldschmitt and Associates is looking for a Help Desk SME to provide advanced technical support for the IWMS used across Veterans Affairs facilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis of IWMS systems.
- Ensure smooth integration with existing infrastructure.
- Perform a gap analysis of existing technology and troubleshoot implementation issues that may result in degraded performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in help desk or technical support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Possess and maintain an active Public Trust with the United States Department of Veteran Affairs.
