The position entails about 50% corporate bankruptcy/restructuring, and 50% other areas (corporate, finance, litigation, etc.). Corporate restructuring is a healthy mix of transactional and litigation work, with exposure to many other practice areas. Probably an associate who has worked primarily on transactional or corporate bankruptcy matters will be the most likely fit, but we will consider all candidates based on their merits and career goals.
