Golf VX is a leader in Golf Technology and is now branching out into the entertainment and hospitality field. We are looking for talent to open our flagship Simulator location and a chance to grow with our company. A Kitchen Team Member prepares food and menu items using recipes created by the Corporate Team. They are to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently as well as fulfill all customer orders in a timely fashion. Other important responsibilities include:

A Kitchen Team Member prepares food and menu items using recipes created by the Corporate Team. They are to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently as well as fulfill all customer orders in a timely fashion. Other important responsibilities include:
- Assisting with stocking line and walk-in cooler along with setting up kitchen stations in accordance to company guidelines
- Preparing food including washing, cutting and cooking the ingredients
- Plating prepared food following company standards
- Working with Shift Leads, Managers and staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Washing and cleaning kitchen tools and utensils throughout shift
- Storing equipment properly at the end of shift
- Maintaining the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness before, during and after each shift
- Lifting items up to 50lbs on occasion
- Ensuring the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
- Always having a customer-focused mentality and go above and beyond for every order regardless of size
- Complete all side work pre and post shift
- Portioning food items correctly by following the Corporate issued plating guides
- Working with GM and team leaders on ordering and par levels
- Performing any other duties as assigned by management
- Willing to give your best at all times
- Calm under pressure and able to work in stressful situations

- Scheduled menu revision and new menu training
- 2 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Food handler license within 30 days of hire
