The Club Repair Specialist is responsible for executing club performance modifications tailored to customer needs, ensuring a superior club repair experience. This includes offering product and service recommendations and constructing or modifying clubs as required. Additionally, the Club Repair Specialist will diligently manage inventory by accurately recording shop consumption, usage, and waste to maintain efficient operations.

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Non-Exempt (Minimum 20 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
Perform club performance modifications based on customer needs, ensuring a superior club repair experience.
Manage inventory by accurately recording shop consumption, usage, and waste.
Conduct positive and exceptional club-fitting processes and solutions to meet customer needs.
Adhere to company rules and operate computer applications effectively.
Share knowledge with managers and staff.
Prioritize tasks appropriately, promoting a positive customer experience.
Operate shop equipment safely, complying with workplace safety programs.
Demonstrate accuracy in completing all order forms and repair tags.
Possess thorough knowledge of club-making and repair techniques, product features, and benefits.
Identify opportunities to improve processes.
Perform additional duties assigned by management, including inventory management, reordering, restocking, organizing, and cleaning.
Requirements:
Minimum 24 months of related experience.
Maintain a positive, guest-centric attitude, committed to the "Sure No Problem" philosophy.
Prior working knowledge of custom fitting and club repair principles.
Ability to work with and be exposed to chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles.
Effective communication with associates and customers.
Thorough knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, Internet, and order processing systems.
Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business reports and procedures.
Physical ability to access all store areas, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
