Gonzalez Marketing is seeking a marketing assistant to offer administrative support and fill in on essential tasks. Organization and ability to communicate clearly is a must. Possibility for direct client interaction – must be timely and presentable. Job offers potential growth in multiple areas including account management, production management, and media buying.
Job Duties
- Clerical duties, answer phones, manage office supplies
- Collect rate and ratings information from local TV and radio stations
- Assist in building media campaigns utilizing traditional, digital, and social media
- Traffic and disseminate approved creative
- Collect post buy reports
- Assist in event planning and management including promotions, catering, onsite logistics
- Contribute creatively to ongoing production
Skills and Knowledge
- Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT
- Facebook and Instagram, TikTok and others a plus
Plus
- Familiarity with graphic design, web design, audio production, and video production programs
- Facebook Business and Ad Manager and Google Ads
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
