Job Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist with a proven track record in cannabis sales to promote and sell our unique line of cannabis gummies. This role involves significant fieldwork and requires an individual who can effectively engage with retailers and consumers to boost brand recognition and sales volumes.

Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Actively promote Gonzo Family Farms’ cannabis gummies, emphasizing their quality and unique New Mexican flavors.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed set sales targets, maintain sales reports, and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
• Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
• Compliance and Education: Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations concerning cannabis sales. Educate clients and consumers on product features, benefits, and responsible consumption.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year in cannabis sales with a strong understanding of the cannabis market and regulatory environment.
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
• Travel: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel frequently within the state.
• Characteristics: Motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven with a deep respect for compliance and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
