A Day in the Life:
- Maintain quality standards, product assortment standards, and product levels for all shelves and produce coolers, in the produce department, including all fruits, vegetables, salads and grab and go products.
- Execute quality control and ensure freshness of all products in the produce department.
- Ensure the produce department is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance.
- Manage overall department profitability, including minimizing shrink and maximizing effective purchasing.
- Create and maintain an inviting, full and shoppable department.
- Provide excellent customer experience.
- Complete daily tasks that include standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive lifting and bending.
- Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.
Availability and Compensation:
- Part-time, 22 - 29 hours, Monday - Saturday AM availability
- $10 - $13/hour, DOE
