- Assist Store Manager with all store functions
- Ensure an excellent customer experience
- Lead team in understanding and living the company mission

- Hire and train or direct the training of team members
- Ensure continued development of all team members

- Merchandising
Requirements:
- 45 hours minimum per week, salaried
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- Must be attentive to details
- Action oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Innate self-confidence that allows for the success of others
- Must have excellent personnel management skills
- Cash handling and knowledge of computerized registers systems helpful
- Must have relevant management experience
Schedule:
Position is Monday-Saturday. Normal schedule includes two closing nights a week and three Saturdays a month.
Job Type: Full-time Salary
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
