What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Coordinator position at Good Hope Homehealth?
Our company seeks a knowledgeable Home Health Client Coordinator. Experience in Microsoft Office, file management and basic office procedures is required.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to clients and take detailed messages.
- Making outgoing calls to potential applicants
- Creating client schedule and assigning caregivers
- Schedule and update schedules with clients.
- Complete caregiver duties for clients if another caregiver calls off
- Willing to go to the field to cover for caregivers that calls off
- Do supervisory visits to clients to ensure the caregivers are following plan of care
- Call the clients on new referrals received
Job Requirements:
Must have above high school diploma such as a college degree
Must Drive with updated drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
