What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Coordinator position at Good Hope Homehealth?

Our company seeks a knowledgeable Home Health Client Coordinator. Experience in Microsoft Office, file management and basic office procedures is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls to clients and take detailed messages.
  • Making outgoing calls to potential applicants
  • Creating client schedule and assigning caregivers
  • Schedule and update schedules with clients.
  • Complete caregiver duties for clients if another caregiver calls off
  • Willing to go to the field to cover for caregivers that calls off
  • Do supervisory visits to clients to ensure the caregivers are following plan of care
  • Call the clients on new referrals received

Job Requirements:

Must have above high school diploma such as a college degree

Must Drive with updated drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Evergreen Park, IL 60805: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
