Good Karma Brands seeks a self-motivated and creative Marketing Design Coordinator to join our team located in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate would play an important role in creating all sales materials for all GKB Milwaukee brands. They will also help develop new ideas to market our brand to our partners.

Daily Tasks of a Marketing Design Coordinator

• Create all sales materials, media kits and campaigns for all GKB Milwaukee brands and track campaign status
• Act as sales/brand video creator
• Lead marketing brainstorming sessions for all brands to include scheduling, keeping notes and determining next steps
• Responsible for partnership recaps and campaign overviews
• Responsible for updates on marketing materials and media kits
• Develop new ideas and strategies to market to partners
• Develop campaign case studies and testimonials to share with partners
• Create marketing materials on our content and products for partners - NFL schedule release and awards won
• Be a Good Karma Brands ambassador by adhering to the GKB core values: Listen, Be Honest, Follow Through, Work Hard, Teamwork and Over Deliver

Preferred Knowledge, skills, and qualifications

• Ability to work with PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Animate is a plus
• Ability to lead brainstorm sessions and ideate marketing solutions
• Ability to create and edit basic video ads as needed, is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills

Hours/Salary/Benefits

This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
