Good Living Community Service, Inc., is searching for people with a kind and caring heart to help adult individuals with Developmental Disabilities access their community resources and reach their life goals. Instructors will work one-to-one with individuals between the ages of 15 to 60 years old. You will provide the client support with his or her specific needs. Behavior management skills preferred.
The Instructor will work under the direction and report directly to the Program Supervisor. He or she is responsible in working directly with clients receiving Community Integration Training services in the community environment. The Instructor will supervise clients and assist in maintaining positive experiences while participating in community social gatherings. The Instructor shall maintain good communication with the clients, family, and Program Supervisor.
Various locations are available as well as flexible hours. This position is perfect especially for those who are interested in pursuing a career in social work. Some behavior management experience and moderate writing skills are required.
