As a B2B Trailer Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company by leading the sales team in the B2B trailer segment. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the trailer industry. Your goal is to maximize sales opportunities, meet revenue targets, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:Lead and motivate the B2B trailer sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and skills.
Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools.

Strategic Planning:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals in the B2B trailer segment.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty.

Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B trailer market.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to introduce new products or enhancements based on market feedback.

Sales Performance Metrics:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team.
Regularly review sales reports and analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Contract Negotiation:Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Utilize market research to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Budget Management:Collaborate with the finance department to set and manage the sales budget for the B2B trailer segment.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in the trailer or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of trailer specifications, features, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Requires to attend trade show with team
