Qualifications:

Must hold a current license as a Register Nurse in the state of Tennessee

Must possess leadership and ability to cooperate with management and other personnel

Must be competent in organizing, planning and directing nursing care.

Must maintain a professional disposition and provide services to residents on whatever functioning level the resident displays.

Job Summary:

Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards,guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Administrator and/or Assistant Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care can be maintained at all time.
