As the Clinical Director, you are responsible for directing and managing the overall provision of nursing services to patients and families for the assigned nursing staff and service area, as well as overseeing staff assignments to ensure continuity of care, coverage during absence or staffing shortages, and that services delivered are within each team member’s scope of practice. You will also serve as a member of the Clinical Leadership team, and maintain and nurture a highly competent, motivated, and productive staff.
This is a full time position based out of our Roanoke office.

If you are a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s degree, have at least 5 years of professional nursing experience, with at least 2 years in hospice, and 2 years in a nursing managerial role, please apply today.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
