Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Build models in LBP for account spread and calculations for benefits and patient service revenue.
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing when requesting information, delivering information and giving instruction to/from Department heads and other personnel in order to complete tasks assigned.
- Develop training materials and serve as resource for proper budget compilation by all staff.
- Maintain Lawson Budget and Planning system for hospital wide budget preparation and interfaces into General Ledger.
- Preparing journal entries and analyzing financials for GAAP accuracy and will work with departments throughout the hospital ensuring accuracy.
- Requires report development skills utilizing Microsoft Office, Infor and Epic for reports used throughout the hospital.
- Reviews operating practices and procedures to maximize organizational efficiency and departmental improvement. Completes other duties and special projects assigned by Director.
- Special projects completed within the time frame specified with no material errors and minimal other errors.
